I would like to thank Carl Watts for the time & patience he had in showing me around my new vehicle. I had a lot to take in. Having gone from a vehicle that didn’t even have electric windows or locks, you can imagine the shock I was in with 2017 eye sight. Still trying to get use to my vehicle, but feel confident that if I go to the dealership they will assist me. Recommend Puyallup Subaru & Subaru’s.

    We had a great experience at Subaru of Puyallup. Jerry was great – very informative and not the least bit pushy. He is a Subaru owner, so he was able to share his personal experience. With his help, we were able to find the car we wanted, take a test drive, and set up financing all in under three hours!

    We were helped by Andrew Wheeler and he made our experience at Subaru of Puyallup one worth returning and recommending for. He stayed after hours on two separate occasions and the entire staff was very friendly, you really didn’t get that pushy car salesmen vibe that you get from other dealers.

  6. I arrived early morning on Subaru of Puyallup sales lot with purpose of checking on Outbacks. Blaine was out opening cars up, and simply asked what colors I wanted to view. He ran by the 145 some Outbacks on lot looking for my choice. He located one in upstairs parking garage, I looked at this car, and on the spot decided this is the one. Blaine didn’t pressure me, simply told me about the alarm being installed, and I wanted to keep it. We went inside, started paperwork, he answered my questions, gave me needed information. Absolutely Professional!!
    Towards end of my time in dealership, he then told me of being on job just a few weeks, I never would have guessed given his positive attitude, NO pressure interactions, respect for my being overloaded with all the new information on car, and reviewed the basics of car so I could get going. Followed up next day with email for any questions.
    This is my third purchase from the Harnish dealerships, and my FIRST Subaru, Love It!!

    You just can’t beat the customer service you get at Subaru of Puyallup and that is why we always return! This time my wife a Subaru loyalist converted me to the Subaru family, I have always been a Toyota guy but the Toyota dealers would not make my deal for a Toyota Rav work they would not budge in a 50 dollar a month difference that we had. But Jerome, Bryan Walker and Wade in finance made it happen on my new Forrester, These guys make it happen for there customers thanks Puyallup Subaru from a new Subaru owner!

  8. Dima and the staff at Subaru Puyallup were among the most professional business dealings I have had in my years of doing business. They had the car ready, were ready for us to close the deal we made over the phone and internet when we arrived. I am not easily impressed but these folks are a performance driven business and I will be buying from them again.
